With this method, the team members get to know each other better, discover commonalities and differences.
Instructions
Groups of 3 are formed and each group draws a large triangle on a large poster (this can also be done remotely). The participants look for commonalities
(e.g. favourite sport, favourite music, pet, number of moves, hobbies, etc.).

Materials
You need a poster for every group and some pencils.
The commonalities are written on the common sides and collected. If all 3 have something in common, it is written in the middle. Afterwards, the triangles are presented. This way, the three get to know each other very well, they often laugh and discover common passions. But the other participants also learn a lot from each other afterwards.
